What is Health?
Health is all about the ability to live your life the way you choose, with intention and joy. Whether it is spending more time with friends and family, experiencing meaning and purpose in your work or being able to just laugh and have fun. Being healthy means you are on a mission; one that is personal to you.
Health is not an "all or nothing" experience. Instead, it is a spectrum which can be as serious as surviving day today as you deal with a life threatening condition on one side to experiencing high levels of optimal health in multiple dimensions of your life on the other side.

Health and Wellness Coaching is focused on making simple, but powerful changes to the way you live your daily life in order to prevent, treat and even reverse the course of chronic conditions AND help you achieve a life filled with joy, meaning and positive connections. As your coach, I know that you are really the expert on your own life and health and you are the center of the coaching sessions.
My coaching is collaborative and focused on helping you unlock your true potential and build greater capacity to change and grow in multiple aspects of your life as you manage your health. It is your journey towards the greater health and vitality.
