20 Minute Introductory Session - Free!

Schedule a free introductory conversation where we get to know each other. You can learn more about what coaching is, how it works and whether it is a good fit for you. Sessions are typically scheduled a virtual platform like Zoom, Google Meet etc..

One Hour Session - $150

An hour long session is a great starting point to discover your strengths, values and your current ways of living so we can begin to work together in areas that are important to you. Typically scheduled weekly, personalized coaching sessions are where a positive vision of your health and life is nurtured and action steps are created to move towards this vision. People typically commit for four weekly sessions in order to really discover what they want to change and allow time to create results that will last. After about four sessions, people may continue another one or two months or longer depending on their needs and choices.
